You must be 18 years or older to use Enqode QR.

By using the Service, you represent that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

You may be required to create an account to access certain features.

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.

Enqode QR provides tools to create, customize, manage, and track QR codes, including static and dynamic QR codes, scan analytics, dashboards, and related functionality.

Features may vary by plan and may be modified, added, or removed at our discretion.

Subject to these Terms, Enqode QR grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service.

QR codes generated using Enqode QR may be used for personal and commercial purposes, provided such use complies with these Terms and applicable laws.

All QR codes created with Enqode QR include unlimited scans.

To ensure platform stability and prevent abuse, a Fair Usage Policy applies.

Current fair usage limits include, but are not limited to, 1,000 scans per minute per QR code.

Detailed fair usage rules and rate limits are described in our Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

We reserve the right to modify fair usage limits at any time.

Certain features require a paid subscription.

Details regarding billing cycles, renewals, cancellations, refunds, free trials, and discounts are governed by our Billing, Renewal & Refunds Policy.

A 180-day free trial is available for eligible freemium users.

Annual subscriptions may be offered at a discounted rate.

By subscribing, you agree to the applicable billing terms referenced above.

• You are solely responsible for the content, destinations, and data associated with QR codes you create.
• Enqode QR does not review or control the content accessible through QR codes.
• You agree not to create QR codes that violate laws, infringe rights, or breach our Acceptable Use Policy.

Your use of the Service is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy (AUP), which outlines prohibited activities, content restrictions, abuse prevention, and fair usage rules.

Violation of the AUP may result in suspension or termination of your account and/or QR codes.

We reserve the right to:

• Suspend, disable, or delete any QR code
• Suspend or terminate your account

if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, or applicable laws, or if your usage threatens platform stability or security.

Enqode QR and all related software, designs, trademarks, logos, and content are owned by or licensed to Enqode QR.

These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in our intellectual property.

The Service may integrate or link to third-party tools, payment processors, or websites. Enqode QR is not responsible for third-party services, content, or practices.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

Enqode QR makes no warranties regarding uptime, scan volume, accuracy of analytics, or business results.

We are not responsible for the content, availability, or safety of external websites accessed via QR codes generated using the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Enqode QR shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Enqode QR from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your QR code content or destinations
• Your violation of these Terms or applicable laws

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
