Duplicate a code
A duplicate is a new code with the same content, design and settings, such as its password, expiry date and scan limit. It gets its own tracking link, starts with no scans, and is named "Copy of" the original unless you name it.
- From My QR Codes: open the More options menu on the code and choose Duplicate.
- From a code's page: click the Duplicate QR button at the top, give the copy a name, and confirm.
Delete a code
- On the code's page, open the More actions menu and choose Delete QR.
- Type the code's name to confirm, then delete.
You can also delete from My QR Codes: choose Delete in a code's More options menu, or tick several codes and delete them together.
Once deleted, the code stops working. Anyone who scans a printed copy sees a "QR code not found" page.
Restore a deleted code
Deleted codes and folders go to Trash for 30 days.
- In the sidebar, open Trash.
- Find the code. Time remaining shows how many days are left.
- Click Restore.
The code goes back to the folder it was in and works again. To remove something for good before the 30 days are up, click Delete forever. Empty Trash removes everything in Trash. Neither can be undone.
Pause instead of delete
If you only need a code to stop working for a while, pause it instead. See "Pausing and resuming a QR code".
