Why does my QR code show no scans?

Is it a static code?

Static codes are not tracked. They open their content straight from the pattern, so the scan never reaches Enqode QR. In My QR Codes, a static code's card says "No analytics for static QR".

To track scans, make a dynamic code. See "Static or dynamic: which QR code should I make?".

Check the date range

The analytics page only counts scans in the date range you picked. Choose All time from the date range button to see every scan. Then click the refresh button next to the Analytics heading to load the latest.

Were the analytics reset?

If someone chose Reset analytics on the code, every scan before that moment was deleted and cannot be recovered.

Is the printed code the one you are looking at?

If you have several similar codes, the printed one may be a different code, or a static version. Scan the printed code, then compare where it goes with the Tracking link on the code's page.

Total and unique scans

Unique Scans counts each device once per 24 hours, so it is often lower than Total Scans. Both should still be above zero once someone has scanned the code.
